Our Safety Program is led from the top down, with management ensuring that safety remains the highest priority on every job. The program meets or exceeds all federal, state, and local industry regulations, and includes weekly field training sessions focused on specific jobsite conditions and hazards.
In addition to striving for an accident-free workplace, we maintain a strict drug-free workplace policy that includes pre-employment, random, reasonable suspicion, and post-accident screenings. This helps us protect our people, our partners, and our reputation for excellence.
